— Our story
In 2010 we started brewing together in a basement. The obsession came fast: ratios, temperatures, water chemistry, fermentation. Good beer doesn't happen by accident.
A few years on, we run two spots — the taproom on Saint-Patrick and Origine Brass in Dorval — and brew full-time. The operation grew, the team too, but the beer is still made the same way: by hand, no shortcuts, with a stubborn respect for the raw ingredients.

Our brewery is always looking to collaborate — with others on the brewing scene, and just as much beyond it.
New recipes, all the time. It's what keeps us on our toes.
Origins matter. Community matters. Giving back. Bringing people together. Without that, none of it means much.
We try to educate: about the brewing process, the ingredients we use, and the great people behind every beer.
